You project a ray of divine power to harshly judge a creature in range that you can see. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 4d12 Sage Damage (or poison damage if you are not a sage) and the target is afflicted with one use of your bane (from your Bless or Bane feature) if you have any remaining.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it. For each extra point, increase the bonus dice by 1d12.
