You radiate an aura of cooling comfort out to a range of 30 feet, and for the duration this aura moves with you, centered on you. You and every nonhostile creature in this range has resistance to fire damage, can comfortably endure extreme heat, and cannot be ignited.
Within the duration, you can use your action to dampen up to a cubic foot of material as if it was gently soaked in water. This can extinguish small flames or rinse an item, among other possibilities.
