At will: power beam (4d8), scorching ray
3/day: dimension door
1/day: dispel magic, lesser restoration, wall of fire

Actions

Multiattack. The lynel makes three melee attacks using the same weapon, or two bow attacks.

Mighty Lynel Crusher. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 31 (4d10 + 9) bludgeoning damage.

Mighty Lynel Sword and Shield. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. If the lynel uses this attack, its AC increases to 17 until its next turn. Hit: 23 (4d8 + 5) slashing damage.

Lynel Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 10 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (4d8 + 5) piercing damage, or 27 (4d10 + 5) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.

Lynel Bow with Ice Arrows. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (4d6 + 3) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) cold damage. A creature which takes this cold damage unreduced must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be petrified until it next takes damage or the end of the lynel's next turn.

Fire Breath.

“These fearsome monsters have lived in Hyrule since ancient times. Compared to the standard lynel, those with blue manes are much tougher and are equipped with much stronger weapons. Facing off a lynel is ill-advised, but if you must, be sure you're well prepared.”
— Hyrule Compendium, Breath of the Wild
