Amphibious. The toado can breathe air and water. Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny monstrosity. The swarm can't regain heart points or gain temporary heart points.
Actions Slams. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 0 ft., one creature in the swarm's space. Hit: 7 (2d6) bludgeoning damage, or 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage if the swarm has half its heart points or fewer.

Shortly after a deku toad toad births a pile of toado eggs, the newborns are capable of acting with a hive mind.
