Duration:  Instantaneous

You speak a word of power that can overwhelm the mind of one creature you can see within range, leaving it dumbfounded. If the target has 150 heart points or fewer, it is stunned, and you cannot cast this spell or another legendary spell until you finish a long rest. Otherwise, the spell has no effect.
     The stunned target must make a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, it is no longer stunned.
     Legendary Spell. This spell is particularly taxing to cast. Once you cast one legendary spell, you cannot cast any legendary spell again until you finish a long rest.
