7-point abjuration
Casting time:  1 action
Range:  Touch
Components:  V, S
Duration:  Concentration, up to 1 hour

For the duration, a willing creature you touch has resistance to damage resulting from ranged attack rolls.
     Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  For every extra point, you can affect one additional creature for the duration.
5th-level abjuration
Casting time:  1 action
Range:  Touch
Components:  V, S
Duration:  Concentration, up to 1 hour

For the duration, a willing creature you touch has resistance to damage resulting from ranged attack rolls.
     At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you can affect two additional creatures for each slot level above 5th.
