At a point you choose in range, air cools so rapidly it momentarily freezes into a solid cube before shattering apart. Any creature in a 20-foot cube originating from the point you chose must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 8d6 cold damage on a successful save, or half as much on a failed one.
Any water in range that isn't part of a creature is left so cold it may partially freeze.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it. For every extra point, increase the damage by 1d6.
