standard technique — action

As an action, you strike all creatures around you while spinning in a circle. Make one melee weapon attack against all creatures within 5 feet of you.
     Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  For each extra point expended, add a cumulative 1d10 bonus die to each damage roll, to a maximum of 10d10.
