Charge. If the goat moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a ram attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 2 (1d4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 12 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Sure-Footed. The goat has advantage on all ability checks and saving throws made to prevent it from being knocked prone.

Actions

Ram. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) bludgeoning damage.

“These herbivores make their home in meadows and rocky areas. Their characteristically strong legs and hooves facilitate easy climbing over rocks. Goats aren't very quick, so they make good targets for beginning hunters.”
— Hyrule Compendium, Breath of the Wild

This wild goat tends to be stronger and tougher than the commonly-domesticated white goats, though not quite as imposing as the renowned ordon goats.  Though herbivorous, they will not hesitate to brutally ram anyone who gets too close.
