Encourage (technique)

standard technique — bonus reaction

Encourage a friendly creature that you can see, who can hear and understand you. Once within the next minute, that creature can add the Stamina Die you expended to one attack roll or save it makes (as a bonus die). The Stamina Die is expended when you use this bonus action, but rolled when the creature decides to use this benefit.
