Wizzwarp

At 6th level, you learn the warping step spell. If you already know this spell, you instead learn another 2-point (1st-level) wizzrobe spell you would otherwise be able to learn. In either case, this new spell does not count against your Spells Known.

When you cast warping step, you can cast it with 0 magic points (or without a spell slot). Overpowering this spell costs 1 additional magic point (or using a higher-level spell slot), as normal.
