At 14th level, your raw elemental power is so great it affects the climate in your immediate vicinity. You learn the control weather spell and it does not count against your spells known. Casting this spell does not cost you magic points, and you can maintain control over it without concentration. While maintaining effect on this spell, you can use your action to expend 10 magic points to instantaneously change one of the weather conditions by one stage.
