Create Water. You create up to 10 gallons of clean water within range in an open container. Alternatively, the water falls as rain in a 30-foot cube within range, extinguishing exposed flames in the area and ending the ignited condition.
Destroy Water. You destroy up to 10 gallons of water in an open container within range. Alternatively, you destroy fog in a 30-foot cube within range.
Drain Water. A creature in range is drained of the water in its body, taking 2d8 necrotic damage. An ooze, plant, or water elemental is vulnerable to this damage. A construct or undead is unaffected.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it. For every extra point, you create or destroy 10 additional gallons of water, the size of the cube increases by 5 feet, or the damage increases by 1d8.
