A blast of cold air erupts from your mouth or hands. Each creature in a 10-foot cone must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d6 damage and is frozen until the start of your next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't frozen. Any creature that isn't entirely within the cone has advantage on its saving throw. Any creature that has resistance or immunity to cold damage automatically succeeds on this saving throw.
     Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  For each extra point expended, the damage increases by 1d6, and the cone's size increases by 10 feet.
