master technique — action

As an action, you strike all creatures around you while rotating quickly. Make one melee weapon attack against each creature within 5 feet of you.
     You can expend extra stamina points when you use this technique. For each extra point, add a cumulative 1d4 bonus die to the damage roll of every one of these attacks.
