Duration:  Concentration, up to 1 minute

You empower yourself and nearby allies with the life-draining force of death. A 30-foot radius of effect moves with you, centered on you, for the duration. You and every friendly creature in this radius adds a 1d8 bonus die of necrotic damage to to the damage roll of any cantrip or weapon attack (or 1d10 if you have the Necrotic Power feature).
     Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  For every 3 extra magic points expended, add one extra bonus die of damage.
