Innate Spellcasting. The lynel can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components. Its innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (+6 to hit with spell attacks). At will: power beam (4d8), scorching ray 3/day: dimension door
Actions Multiattack. The lynel makes three melee attacks using the same weapon, or two bow attacks. Lynel Crusher. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage. Lynel Sword and Shield. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. If the lynel uses this attack, its AC increases to 17 until its next turn. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage. Lynel Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 10 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage, or 15 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack. Lynel Bow with Fire Arrows. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d12 + 2) piercing damage plus 1d6 fire damage. A creature which takes this fire damage unreduced must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or be ignited for 1d6 fire damage for 1 minute.
