Erratic Movement. While its movement isn't reduced, the moldorm cannot be targeted with attacks made as reactions.

Actions

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) bludgeoning damage, and if the target is a Medium or smaller creature it is pushed 5 feet directly away from the moldorm.

“An unpredictable googly-eyed monster composed of three orbs joined together. Moldorms scurry around erratically, running into walls. To say this makes their movements hard to read is an understatement.”
Encyclopedia

This skittering centipede-like monster is a line of three spherical body segments led by a pair of bulbous googly eyes. Even stranger than its appearance is its strategy. With no natural weapons on its body, the mini-moldorm scurries erratically with wild and unpredictable movements only to throw its weight unpredictably into its opponent. Moldorms are prevalent in hills and decaying dungeons, where their slamming tackles can send foes hurling over cliffs or through decayed floors. While not true predators, these bottom-feeders are still more than content to feed on the decaying corpses of those who fall.
     Environment: Caves, Desert, Hills, Ruins
