Magic Weapons. The lynel's weapon attacks are magical.

Innate Spellcasting. The lynel can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components. Its innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (+7 to hit with spell attacks).

At will: power beam (4d8), scorching ray
1/day: dimension door

Actions

Multiattack. The lynel makes three attacks using the same weapon.

Lynel Crusher. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (3d10 + 8) bludgeoning damage.

Lynel Sword and Shield. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. If the lynel uses this attack, its AC increases to 18 until its next turn. Hit: 17 (3d8 + 4) slashing damage.

Lynel Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (3d8 + 4) piercing damage, or 20 (3d10 + 4) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack.

Lynel Bow with Fire Arrows. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (3d6 + 2) piercing damage plus 3 (1d6) fire damage. A creature which takes this fire damage unreduced must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or be ignited for 3 (1d6) fire damage for 1 minute.

Fire Breath. (Recharge 5-6): The lynel exhales fire in a 60-foot line that is 10-feet wide, three times. For each time a creature is in one of these lines it must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 13 (2d12) fire damage for each failed save, or half as much damage for each successful one.

“These fearsome monsters have lived in Hyrule since ancient times. They possess intense intelligence, resilience, and strength, making them among the most dangerous monsters in all the land. This is compounded by the fact that they have a natural resistance to all elements. You would be wise to challenge a lynel only if you're very well prepared.”
