Evasion. When the dragonfly is subjected to an effect that allows a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage on a success, and only half damage if it fails.

Actions

Stinger. Melee Ranged Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) lightning damage, and the target can't make any reaction until the end of its next turn. Critical Hit: The target is also paralyzed until the end of its next turn.

Electro Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +3 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d6) lightning damage, and if the target is soaked or wearing metal, it takes an extra 7 (2d6) lightning damage and all creatures within 5 feet of it must succeed on DC 11 Dexterity save or take 7 (2d6) lightning damage.

This monster has a monstrous size and vicious demon-like appearance compared to its namesake. Inherently carnivorous, these soaring monstrous insects hunt down prey as large as hylians. Though they typically zoom down for a lethal bio-electric sting, they're also capable of hurling electricity down on hapless prey from high in the sky.
     Like smaller dragonflies, these monsters can found in many environments but tend towards marshes and wetlands.
