Keen Smell. The bokoblin has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.

Perseverance. The bokoblin has advantage on any ability check or saving throw to avoid exhaustion or being poisoned. It can thrive on one-quarter of the food and water normally needed for a creature of its size.

Reckless. At the start of its turn, the bokoblin can gain advantage on all melee weapon attack rolls it makes during that turn, but attack rolls against it have advantage until the start of its next turn.

Actions

Club. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage.

Slingshot. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage.

“These monsters have plagued the land since ancient times. They each play different roles, and their weaponry varies. They prefer to act in groups. None of them are intelligent by any definition of the word.”
Fi, Skyward Sword

Hunched over humanoids with porcine faces and cruel minds, bokoblins are considered by others to be lowest of the low. Just like all blins, they are inherently sadistic, seeking to harm all that doesn't aid them for the mere fun of doing so. They lack strength or skill in practically any area, and barely eek out an existence by living off the scraps of others—or what they've managed to beat out of those they manage to outnumber. They seem to treasure the bones of creatures they've killed, using them as status symbols to prove their superiority over other bokoblins.
Persevering. The only credit reluctantly given to bokoblins is their tenacity. Their subrace has managed to survive mostly unchanged since before history began, and continues to populate the wilderness in high numbers. Unique among humanoids, they reproduce rapidly and in large litter-like batches, which aids the race in their continued existence. They are believed to be the most numerous of blins by far.
Color Hierarchy. Like many monsters in Hyrule, bokoblins come in various hues which hint to their natural abilities and combat potential. While the likes of lynels have a fairly consistent hierarchy, bokoblins seem to be less consistent. Red or pink tend to be the weakest, but the coloration of bokoblins may be a self-fulfilling prophecy, as those of higher "rank" tend to be more confident and better-respected despite their actual individual abilities. The exception are silver and especially golden bokoblins, which have clear magical enhancement to their natural abilities. These rare varieties wield power and intelligence backed by the hint of Ganon's magic that has influenced the subrace. Even these, the mightiest of bokoblins, are still disparaged by most blins and other monsters.
